Upcoming living history program
No walk-ons please
Fort Ward welcomes civilian and military reenactors, but requests that they register in advance of special events
Fort Ward Museum and Historic Site does not permit walk-ons to participate in living history presentations. All units and individuals must register in advance and inform the Museum staff of proposed program content. Individuals within a unit who were not registered in advance should report to their commanding officer and request to be added to the list of qualified participants. Unit commanders are responsible at all times for the conduct of their unit members while engaged in a living history program at Fort Ward Museum and Historic Site.
